Our dedicated Reservation Manager, brings 5 years of travel industry experience. Born and raised in Mwanza, Tanzania, he draws inspiration from its stunning landscapes and rich cultures.
A graduate of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) with a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management, He is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. His kindness and commitment to hospitality make him a cherished member of our team.
Outside of work, He loves exploring new destinations and immersing himself in different cultures, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable journey with us.
